Returns Policy

How long can I return Products?
Generally, Espresso Machines, Grinders and Commercial brewers must be returned within 30 days, new, unused, and in original packaging. As a security precaution, refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. 

How do returns work?
If you want to return an item within 30 days after the date of shipment of the order please contact us and we will let you know where to ship the item(s).

What can I return?
We don't accept returns for Espresso accessories and Home brew parts because of policies from our manufacturers and distributors.

How do I return a product?
Please be sure to package the items in the same way that you received it. We also reserve the right to assess and charge a restocking fee.

Return Fees
Returned items need cleaning and maintenance. We charge a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
Please note that you as the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order, the original cost of shipping to your shipping address, 3% refund processing fee and you may be subject to a restocking fee.

Tips to reduce the restocking fee

  • Include ALL original accessories from your item(s). 
  • Ship in the ORIGINAL boxes.
  • Re-pack your item(s) carefully to ensure maximum protection 

Once we receive your return package, it will be inspected and a refund will be issued to your card. We deduct the return shipping fee and restocking fee. We will notify you via email after your items are received and after we have credited your card. You are of course free to use your own shipping method to return the item to us if you’d like.
