Brew Origins is an online retailer providing competitive prices on Espresso Machines, Grinders, and Accessories based in the US. The passion for everything around good coffee was born years ago while working as a barista in a coffee shop. It has remained on through to today.

We will send you tracking information to the email address you provided when checking out within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. With this tracking number, our guests can always see where the delivery is and when it will arrive.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

About Shipping

Yes, it is.
Our shipment is 100% free for all of our Espresso Machines and Grinders. We add shipping fees when the total order is under 100$.

You will receive your order delivered between 5 to 10 business days.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Depending on the geographical location, it takes 2–5 days until the order is delivered.

At the moment it is only possible to buy in the US. If you would like to order outside the US please use this form and we will help you.

About Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for the delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos with this form, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. 

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

About our Price Match Guarantee

We want our guests to feel confident that they are getting the absolute best price for the product they are ordering. We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. 

If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date, please let us know, and we will refund your original payment for the difference. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date, we will refund the difference for this as well.

To request your partial refund, simply email us via this link to the same product on our website or on our competitor’s website within six months from the date of your order, and we will process the credit accordingly.

- You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your price match guarantee
- Promotions such as rebates and buy-one-get-one-free offers are not eligible
- The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website
- The competitor must be an online store; they may not have a retail location
- The website cannot be a discounter, wholesaler, or auction website (e.g., eBay, Overstock, etc.)
- The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product in question
- The price match guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges. It excludes sales tax

About Product Warranty

Brew Origins gives one year warranty on all espresso machines and grinders unless otherwise stated.
Our warranties are provided by our manufacturers, so depending on the brand you choose, warranties can be longer. 
Please contact us if you have a warranty-related issue, and we will send you details about it.

Our warranty begins at the free onboard shipping point, which means that the buyer takes ownership once the product leaves our supplier.

Most manufacturer warranties cover the cost of parts related to the repair of processing defects.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
